Hi, so nice of you to follow me! Thank you very much.

I thought I’d introduce myself and tell you a bit about the things I post and reblog on tumblr.

My favourite topic: Shadowhunters. I love Cassandra Clare’s The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices. You don’t know the books but you love to read? Go read them because they are awesome and there can’t be enough Shadowhunters/fans :) I ship: Simon/Isabelle and Will/Tessa (OTPs). I adore Magnus/Alec, Jace/Clary, Henry/Charlotte and Gideon/Sophie.

Topic 2: Harry Potter. I love the books and the films. I started reading them when I was 13 and now over a decade later I still adore the Harry Potter universe. The films are great as well and I think it is a shame that the last Harry Potter film only got 3 Oscar nominations. I love Harry so much that I flew to London in July 2011 to be part of the last world premiere. It was epic and I will never forget it.

Topic 3: books. I love books. I cannot live without books. Thanks to my parents who always read to me when I was little and who made up stories, I have always found comfort in the printed word and my favourite pastime is curling up on my bed and reading a good book. I’m very much into Young Adult novels (TID, TMI, The Hunger Games, Percy Jackson and many more - you will see which novels I like) and I like to read romance novels. These are great to relax because I know that the female ‘heroine’ will always get her ‘prince’ and there’s little to no angst. I also love Jane Austen (Pride and Prejudice is one of my favourite books) and Charles Dickens (especially A Tale of Two Cities) is great as well!

Topic 4: animals. Show me the picture of a cute animal (preferably a baby) and I will reblog it right away. I even have a tag for this occasion. Hamsters get an extra tag (hammy ♥) because I have a hamster and she is the cutest thing in the world. Her name is Clementine and you might stumble upon a few pics of her every now and then.

Topic 5: Darren Criss and Tom Hiddleston. They are both so special that they get their own topic.

Darren: The first time I saw Darren in A Very Potter Musical (in 2009) I was stunned that he wrote such funny and beautiful songs (I love Not alone) and I was quite taken by his cuteness. It’s incredible how humble and genuine he is. I love his songs from his Human EP and I love the songs he sings on Glee. He is actually now the main reason why I watch it.

Tom: A fantastic actor. His performance in Thor blew me away, how can you not feel sorry for Loki after this movie? Like Darren, Tom is very humble and possibly one of the nicest human beings. I should know because I had the pleasure to meet him and it was incredible.

Topic 6: I like to reblog pretty pictures and things that seem beautiful or worth reblogging to me.

Yeah, that’s about it. Turned out longer than I expected. ;)
